Kyle is a trusted leasing and tenancy advisor who has worked closely with the National Retail Association since 2016, assisting hundreds of members with advice on issues relating to their property needs. With this solid understanding of retail metrics and industry benchmarks, he is in an enviable position when negotiating lease terms and providing property input to business strategy.
